Residences range in size from 369.38 sq ft (3976 sq ft) to 1645.49 sq ft (17712 sq ft). the price of the apartment is calculated based on the floor area. The starting price of the properties in Dorchester Collection is AED 14,500,000 or USD 3,949,000. All units are fully furnished and ready for occupancy. Kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances and furniture with built-in armchairs. The interiors have been designed by the world famous brand Gilles & Boissier.

Omniyat is a private developer operating in the Dubai market since 2005. The enterprise is part of the Omniyat Holdings group of companies, which is involved in designing, building and managing residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. The company was founded by businessman Mahdi Amjad, who had previously succeeded in creating the largest IT distributor in the Middle East and North Africa, Almassa Group, and received the prestigious Young Global Leader 2008 leadership award from Ernst & Young.
Before the global economic crisis of 2008-2013 reached the UAE, the company had completed the construction of a large residential complex called The Square in the Deira area and two high-rise office buildings in Business Bay. The subsequent stagnation in the real estate market forced the company to pause or abandon several projects, redirect funds into the hospitality industry, and focus on joint construction. The well-chosen strategy allowed Omniyat to successfully weather the crisis and triumphantly return to the market with the flagship project The Opus - an architectural masterpiece by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Additionally, Omniyat has established a partnership with the premium hotel brand Dorchester Collection, launching construction of a series of branded residential properties with five-star service.
Although Omniyat projects planned before or during the crisis were significantly delayed (from 4 to 10 years), the situation has noticeably improved in recent years. In 2021-2022, the company successfully completed three residential complexes and launched three new projects. Projects under the Dorchester Collection brand are particularly popular: three out of the five complexes were completely sold out before completion, and 60% of the apartments in the fourth complex were sold before construction even began.
