The Address Residences Jumeirah Beach Resort + Spa is a luxury development situated on the famous Jumeirah Beach in the area of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). The project offers serviced apartments and luxury residences with views looking out onto the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

The project consists of two skyscrapers, each 1,017 ft tall, which are connected at the top and bottom by interconnecting floors. The building has 77 floors and includes The Address Beach Resort Hotel, as well as The Address Beach Residences, which is a residential tower with 1–5 bedroom apartments.
The project which was developed by Al Ain Properties was launched back in 2016, and the date of commissioning was 2020. Accordingly, the complex offers to buy or rent fully move-in ready apartments, where residents will have access to amenities such as a private beach and a beach club, spa, a 6,028 sq. ft. infinity pool on the roof of the building, lobby, fitness center, parking and a 24-hour concierge service. In addition, there are conference rooms, Valet Parking, a playground for children and a movie theater. There is also a wine cellar, restaurants and cafes, as well as a barbecue area.
There are a total of 443 properties with hotel services and 478 standard apartments without these services. Available properties range in size from 623 sq. ft to 5,018 sq.ft. Inspired by the “La Dolce Vita”, residential interiors are designed in pastel and light blue hues, and kitchens are designed with an emphasis on functional simplicity and efficiency, equipped with appliances from the world’s best brands. All apartments have walk-in closets, complete kitchens and bathrooms, a smart home system, high-speed internet and security systems. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, while 2–5 bedroom serviced apartments are also provided with staff rooms.
